foot scrub

nail polish

foot masque (optional)

magazine (optional)

1. fill a large bowl with hot water and bath salt. soak your feet. you can read a magazine or just sit back & relax.
2. file your tonails down to the desired legnth.
3. apply some foot scrub to your pumice bar and scrub the rough areas of your feet.
4. also, use the scrub to exfoliate your calves and tops of your feet.
5. rinse off calves
6. if desired massage your foot masque onto feet and calves, relax and let the masque soak into skin for up to 3 minutes.
7. rinse off feet and calves, dry your skin with a towel.
8. massage body lotion into calves and onto feet.
9. using your favorite color nail polish polish your toes

& your done!
